Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Manager

Profile

As a Change Agent the Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) will be required to cultivate relationships at all levels that will motivate and drive Change Management and Continuous Improvement throughout the organization. The MBB will deliver presentations, training, and mentor or lead Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design projects. The MBB will be seen at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in depth knowledge and experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design. The MBB will support new and existing Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design deployments for different organizations within the company.
Support Existing QMS Deployments (for one or more business units)
Provides consultation on the use of Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
Leads the planning, development, and implementation of techniques for ensuring the maintenance of quality levels using accurate methods, procedures, and processes.
Assesses projects to analyze risks and costs and makes related recommendations.
Subject matter expert for Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design methodology, process programs and support systems (PowerSteering,ZZBiling , etc.).
Expansion to New Areas (for one or more business units)
Responsible for the implementation of Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design methods and procedures, and process programs and support systems (PowerSteering, Minitab, etc.).
Leads the design, facilitation, and training related to Six Sigma, Lean and Quality by Design plans.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
Identifies method and process deficiencies that may inhibit effectiveness.
Leads development of proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports among all locations and departments.
Facilitates organization and cross-organization knowledge sharing
- Maintains the Lean Six Sigma methodology through continuous improvement
- Partners with senior leadership to ensure work is aligned with corporate strategy
