Invest your time in studying all the subjects which deals with, controlling the Statistical Quality and the manufacturing processes.

So to know one main thing in this filed you need to have knowledge of various fields. Find a job in any of the manufacturing industries which you want to go to. If you have the degree of Manufacturing Engineer then you are able to work with any types of plants and electronics and the machines.
