PURPOSE OF POSITION

: Assists in producing and controlling the quality of film produced. Ensure product quality and control of production processes. Provides a safe work environment through proper training and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, operate, monitor, adjust and perform or assist in minor maintenance.

• Inspect machines and products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Ensure that all data sheets and logs are completed and verified.

• Use computer to obtain and enter product identification and quality information.

• Conducts housekeeping activities in work area.

• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures while ensuring all team members work within the safety guidelines as established by Berry.

REQUIREMENTS

• HS diploma or GED required.

• Strong mathematical & mechanical aptitude

• Positive attitude & good work ethic

• Must be able to work in team environment

• Must be able to work 12-hr rotating shift schedule (including nights & weekends)

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
