Description: Production Control manager reporting into the Production Operations Organization and supporting the Enterprise Sustainment Solutions Line of Business within TLS.
This role will include functional responsibility for approx. 15 direct reports to include Project Engineers, Manufacturing Support Team Members and Manufacturing Planners.
Responsibilities will include ensuring Production Control activities are coordinated, monitored/tracked and executed according to MRP and meets program commitments.
Establish standard operating procedures and proliferate best practices through the team.
-Able to interface with Operations Program Management and other Prod Ops functions (i.e. receiving, stockroom, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, Test, Quality)
-Production Control and MRP Experience
-Understanding of manufacturing processes/procedures
-Excellent communication skills verbal and written
-Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated effective Leadership Skills
-Previous SAP experience
-Previous functional management/leadership experience
