In this role, you will perform map production data processing and troubleshooting activities for Garmin products in a team-oriented environment. Other essential functions include:Execute map data processing scripts as needed to support Cartography map production schedules.Analyze logs for issues and assist the map engineering team in resolving map data issues.Communicate with cartography and engineering teams in a timely and effective manner.Perform basic database queries to help research script and map data issues.Work closely with Software Engineers to assist in problem resolution Document and communicate processing status in issue management system.Assist Software Engineers as needed in maintaining map data processing scripts.Troubleshoot data processing issues for Garmin’s to determine root cause and possible resolutionsOther Responsibilities:Perform other job-related duties as assigned ','!*!Qualified candidates possess an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or another similar technical field OR a minimum of 2 years experience performing a role substantially similar to the essential functions of this job description.
