Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for working safely and knowledge of plant safety rules.

Learn all processes and procedures associated with plastic film.

Assist in equipment setup and operation changeovers.

Complete necessary production paperwork.

Perform quality tests as required by product specifications.

Responsible for helping other associates and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience working in manufacturing preferred

Ability to troubleshoot, multitask and prioritize effectively

Positive attitude, motivated, good organizational skills, strong communication skills

Reliable with a strong attendance record

Able to stand and walk up to 12 hours

Able to work a 12 hour rotating swing shift

Starting wage $14.00, after 90 days pay increase to $15.00 with progression up to $20.00 per hour. Night shift $0.65 differential pay.
