Join a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of electronic circuit cards, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for electromechanical factory. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling, process and testing requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise to the business by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities. This role will be supporting Project ARKAN Final Assembly.

Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer

Uses problem analysis to help in developing new process and procedures

Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors Degree in Engineering

WE VALUE

1-2 years in electronics manufacturing experience, mainly Final Assembly

Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA determination)

Drive rapid response to work cell operations team in problem resolution

Ability to disseminate drawings and parts list into written work instructions

Tooling development to support manufacturing processes

Facilitate continuous process improvement activities and implement productivity savings

Think outside the box to determine opportunity to increase productivity in processes

Use DMAIC, PFMEA, RCCA, Six Sigma tools to drive improvements

Able to extract data and analyze to drive yield improvements by reducing and eliminating defects

Evaluate and disposition hardware as required to ensure quality product is maintained

Familiarization with of Honeywell Operating System (HOS) tools

Incorporate Honeywell 8 behaviors into daily work

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.Exempt Honeywell Aerospace Overview
