Manufacturing support position in the Sensor Integration and Test Center supporting across three production areas; Final Assembly, Fabrication Operations and Classified Operations. Responsibilities include; overhead order processing and budget management, tool control enhancement, supervision support, implementation of process improvements and special projects across the center.
Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict.
Must be a self starter, proactive, able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.
4/10B shift Tuesday-Friday.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated focus on positive customer relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding and ability to utilize and apply Lean/6 Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Software
Ability to obtain a U.S. DOD Security clearance.
Prior leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership
Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
Experience working and leading in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Familiarity and experience with budget management and SAP order processing
