Job Description

The Group Leader Site Supervisor will have primary responsibility for facilitating and coordinating all activities associated with Vendor/ Supplier support.

Daily management of supplier/vendor personnel, in the support of maintenance, repair and improvement of services

Schedule activities for vendors or suppliers in support of facility management requirements.

Generating purchase requisitions and or approval of purchase orders, in

support of critical vendor activities.

Communicate needs or requirements between vendors and TEVA personnel for services or equipment needs.

Provide recommendations for improvement of processes or support

Maintain budgetary requirements of the supplier/vendor activities

Any additional activities, as seen fit by management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in depth facility maintenance  support experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in  financial and budgeting activities

Continuous Improvement experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum of Associates Degree.
