Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Must be a team player

that exhibits excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Must be motivated to work in a highly participative environment and understand and believe in the Lean Manufacturing Principles (5’s, single piece flow,

KanBan

, etc.).

Must have general overall manufacturing production knowledge and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Must self-inspect their products to maintain quality and quantity standards.

Keeps work area clean and orderly and maintains proper care of equipment.

Must have good attendance record.

Will be required to perform any other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.

Manufacturing/production experience desired but not required.

Forklift operation experience desired but not required.
