Manufacturing Associate Jobs description
A manufacturing associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipments used in the facilities; overseeing the entire manufacturing process and doing quality checks for the same; coordinating and working with shop floor personnel; noting down failure times and preparing timely reports, etc. Depending on the variety of roles a manufacturing associate may also be referred to as shop floor associate, manufacturing assistant, manufacturing specialist, manufacturing executive, or manufacturing engineer. A manufacturing associate reports to a manufacturing supervisor.A manufacturing associate should have a high school diploma. Prior experience working as a manufacturing associate is an advantage.
